Privacy policy

What we collect

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, and requested pages, kept for 14 days for security and debugging, then deleted.
• Account data (only if you sign in): your email address and name from Google or the magic-link email you enter.
• Listings you submit: the name, URL, tagline, description, category, tags, any logo or screenshot you upload, and a record of the automated review of that submission.
• Payment records: your email address, the payment provider and payment ID, which listing was upgraded or which homepage ad was placed, the amount and currency, the payment status, and the time of payment.
• Email preferences: whether this inbox should receive listing emails and tips, plus a suppression flag if the provider reports a bounce or spam complaint.
• Cookies: one session cookie, set only when you sign in and required for sign-in to work.

Why we collect it

To operate the site, let you sign in, publish the listings you submit, process paid upgrades, and email you about your account and listings.

Email

We send sign-in links when you ask for one, a one-time welcome after you create an account, and service mail about listings you submit: live, rejected, badge checks, and payment receipts. Every listing email includes an unsubscribe button and a one-click unsubscribe header. Sign-in links still send after you unsubscribe, because you asked for them. Manage this from email preferences or your account page.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data.

• Google: the sign-in exchange, for authentication.
• OpenAI: the text of a listing you submit, for automated review and optional AI drafting.
• Resend: your email address and the message text, to send you service emails about your listings. Bounce and complaint events come back so we can stop mailing that inbox.
• Cloudinary: uploaded images, for storage and delivery.
• Dodo Payments: checkout and billing information, to sell and process paid upgrades as merchant of record.
• Our hosting and database providers: everything the site stores, to run the server.

Automated review of submissions

Listings are checked automatically before they are published, and a submission can be rejected. You can change the listing and submit again, or write to us if you think a decision was wrong.

Your rights

Sign in and use your account page to delete your profile and listings, or to stop listing emails. To exercise access, correction, deletion, or objection, email kalashvasaniya@gmail.com. The legal notice names the data controller.
