MumbleFlow is a local dictation and meeting-notes app for English-speaking Apple silicon Mac users on macOS 26 or later. Dictation cleans up fillers, punctuation and structure, then inserts text into the focused app or copies it to the clipboard. A local dictionary and encrypted history support reviewing earlier dictation.

Oat records only when explicitly started, using the microphone and selected computer audio with separate permissions. It provides timestamps, editable speakers, five-minute catch-up, and cited decisions, next steps and open questions. Search by words or meaning and return to the source; audio playback is available while meeting audio is retained. Audio expires after 30 days, while transcripts and notes remain until deleted. Processing is local after model setup, with internet needed for purchase, downloads and updates.
