Collect files from anyone without the hassle of sign-ups.

500files allows you to create a temporary upload page in seconds. Simply share the link and receive files from anyone without requiring them to sign up. It's perfect for events, HR onboarding, education, and more.

With customizable settings, you can specify file types, set size limits, and even password-protect your upload page. All uploads are stored securely and can be downloaded as a single ZIP archive. Plus, you can integrate with Google Drive for seamless file management.

Whether you need to collect photos from guests at a wedding or documents from job candidates, 500files makes it easy and efficient. No accounts, no friction--just files where you need them.

## [HoldQR](https://www.makeitla.st/tools/holdqr)

Dynamic QR codes you can edit after printing, plus QR apps that turn scans into reviews, payments and leads. Free for 3 codes, $39 once.

HoldQR lets you create QR codes you can edit after printing, track scan by scan, and turn into apps that collect reviews, payments and leads. Create a dynamic QR code once, print it on menus, packaging, signs or business cards, and change where it points whenever you like. Every scan is counted, with daily trends, devices and countries, so you know which placement works.
Codes can open more than a link. HoldQR QR apps turn a scan into one finished action: collect a Google review, open a WhatsApp chat, take a UPI payment, gather photos at an event, or capture a lead.
The designer handles colours, logos, frames and print-ready PNG, SVG and PDF exports, with a scan check before you print. There are 40+ free tools too, from a QR scanner to a print size calculator.
Most dynamic QR tools charge monthly and break your printed codes when you stop paying. HoldQR is free for three codes and $39 once for unlimited. No subscription.
